House Rental Information
The Douglas Beach House is available for weddings, small meetings, parties, music presentations, and off-site meetings. The casual oceanfront setting and warmth of the room is incomparable.

Space Included
Concert room area (which has a dance floor, stage, kitchen, bar, tables and chairs); inside and outside decks. Additional rental of the living room area is required for music presentations. Floor Plan with Dimensions (pdf)
Capacity
For receptions and parties, the most comfortable is 80 for seated dining and keeping the dance floor open, although we can accommodate 100. For music presentations the concert room will seat approximately 180 plus rental of the living room for break-out space.
Hours of Rental
8 hours (5 hours for event and 3 hours for setup and cleanup); cannot go past 9:00 pm

Room for about 25 cars behind building, street parking
Catering
We have a list of preferred caterers who know the House, will set up the room, and keep your time constraints in mind. You are not restricted to using them, however we recommend that you meet with your caterer onsite to view the room and discuss details. Alcohol is permitted with no restrictions. Availability
Dependent on the Bach performance schedule and prior commitments.
Cost
$2,800 plus any extras like sound/stage equipment. Additional $500
for the living room area for music presentations. Rental includes tables and chairs. Catering is a separate contract.
Deposit: A refundable $500 required to hold the date. The full balance is due two weeks prior to event.

- Conference Materials: tables and chairs, projection screen, flip chart and paper
- Rental of audiovisual and/or other equipment is additional.
Nearby Accommodations
The paved Coastside Trail passes directly in front of the facility.
You can also visit a nearby redwood trees, explore tide pools, play golf, go horseback riding on the beach, visit the commercial fishing harbor, and dine at one of several excellent local restaurants.
